Leading real estate developer in the Philippines, Megaworld through its subsidiary - Global Estate Resorts, Inc., will develop Alabang West, a village with a distinctive Beverly Hills- themed lifestyle concept into its commercial, retail & residential developments.
The company is allocating P10-billion to develop the township in the next five years.

- This is a 62-hectare prime property located and near the booming commercial and business district that Alabang has been known for.
- It's a 1.3 kilometer commercial and retail row, that is inspired by Hollywood’s famous Rodeo Drive.
- Beside the stretch of Rodeo Drive will be an exclusive Alabang West Village with 788 residential lots ranging from 250 -to- 800 sqms.
- The amenities of the prestige village will have a huge clubhouse complex, al fresco dining areas, badminton and basketball courts, game room, cabanas,cafe function rooms and a fitness center,also include pocket gardens, open space parks and infinity pool.
